Finally finished with the 2.5 ft x 3.5 ft painting of Loki. (Heres a picture of me standing with the painting.

After several hours of work, its nice to kick back and start a new painting. Armor is influenced by light due to metallic paint.
Sorry about poor photo quality, cellphone cameras don't do it..
I will update later when I get a higher pixel picture.

OK, I'm going to critique this as if it wasn't a tad blurry, because I know that the difficult thing about traditional art is that it never looks quite right when you display it on a computer! It's still very impressive quality, so I'll just stick to the picture itself rather than the scan of the picture.
First of all, top-notch shading! You've definitely mastered your shading techniques and, I admit, I wish I had that skill! That's part of why I gave you 5 stars for Technique; another reason is that I can tell you put a lot of effort into this, and it definitely paid off. The result is superb; one of the best Loki pictures I've seen (which is saying something, seeing as there are SO MANY) - which is why I gave 5 stars for Impact. Most of the Loki artworks I've seen have been ALMOST fantastic, but yours is COMPLETELY fantastic and I added it to my favourites without hesitation!
I also actually really like that the background is just plain black; since you used so much detail in Loki, it could have been distracting to add a background. Not to mention the plain black really makes the gold pop. Black and gold is a good combination, as is green and gold. That's why Loki is such a good subject to draw; he has a naturally great color scheme.
The only thing is Originality. Since so many people have been drawing Loki lately, sure it gives you the attention of his millions of fangirls, but it's not really anything new. But the WAY you drew him (like he's coming at you - his pose has a lot of movement, whereas most just draw him...standing there, which is boring) adds a bit to the Originality.
Overall, I love it. I love Loki, I love the Avengers, and I love this painting. Fantastic job.

To be honest, it's been a while since I have seen such a good painting like that. the proportion: everything is in its place, everything is simetric in the right way. the texture is perfect, it's clearly perceptible, "toutchable", I have nothing to say about that. The only thing that kinda desapointed me in the painting itself was the scepter; it could have more light, blue and shiny as it always is. the light and shadow system is so realistic, it's like a real image, and that's fundamental to a good drawing/painting. the perspective is great too, it's realy a good work.
This is the best Loki art and the best paint I dare to say I've seen so far around here. Then I have nothing else to say but "very well done".
